Birth Doula Training with Birth Arts International

Dates:  September 9th 1 p.m. to 4:00 p.m and September 10th-11th 9 a.m. to 5 p.m

Location: Centrally located in Oklahoma City, OK (Venue TBA)

3- Day Training Course Registration Fees:

Early Registration : 450.00 (if paid by July 1st)

Late Registration : 475.00 (after July 1st)

Member Registration: $430.00

Snacks and water are provided all 3 days and light breakfast will be offered on Saturday and Sunday mornings. An additional fee of $30 is required for lunch that will be catered on Saturday and Sunday.  We will be eating lunch together on site.  You may include this fee with your registration or just pay this fee on the 1st day of training September 9, 2016. If you have special dietary needs please email our training coordinator, at training@dacoinc.org so that arrangements can be made.

Requirements for certification which will be very helpful (but not required prior to this training) include:
  • Attending a Child Birth Education series

Refund Policy:

Birth and PostPartum Courses: If you need to cancel your registration more than 21 days prior to the training course, You will receive a refund from the registration fee minus a $30.00 for administrative fees. All membership fees are non-refundable.

The Professional Membership fee $25.00.  Full Membership fee $55.00.  There will be no refunds after the 20th day before the start of the training course unless there is a waiting list and your space is filled. You may send a qualified substitute in your place or apply your tuition to other training courses within the one calendar year. Please contact Amy Townsend at training@dacoinc.org for canceling registrations. If you pay your tuition and do not contact us ahead of time and do not show up to attend the course, your entire registration fee will be forfeited.

Returned check policy: Each returned check will incur a $35.00 fee.
